We are practicing social distancing and utilizing our extensive remote support and remote management tools to maximize efficiency and safety for our staff and our customers. We’ve limited our travel and on-site visits to only the essential times when we must be physically on-site. For the safety of our staff and our customers, projects requiring us to be hands-on at the customer’s location have been deferred until after the crisis is over, and the restrictions are lifted.
Since Governor Baker’s announcement that only critical businesses would be allowed to operate, Centrend expanded our support hours and has been working tirelessly to implement secure remote access solutions for our customers.
